Hallelujah!

I am cured of my addiction!...from xanga that is. It's amazing what two weeks with no computer can do for a girl. The thing just turned off one day and it never worked again. Piece of crap.

So anyway..life is good these days. Besides school, I could use another break right about now. I think I'll take a mental-health day here real soon. But lots has been going on since my last update. My birthday was absolutely splendid..and the Surprise-Not-Surprise Birthday Party that Kat had. Just glorious. How I cherish my Kathleen! Remember Kat: Gong!

Ian Vidal is pretty much the coolest person ever. Grilled cheeses. "You know where milk comes from? Boobies!" I enjoy trips to Ian's house ever so thoroughly.

Wow..Xanga's really boring. I hear everyone's going the myspace route these days. Should I follow the trend? Is it really that cool? Ehh...maybe.

it's 2006!

Which is pretty crazy. But New Years Eve was fun with Jenn Kat Cody Amber and Ronnie. Took some lovely pictures...I'll try and post em later. Doesn't really seem any different to me..oh well. I gotta get my New Years Resolutions in order...though I don't quite know what all of 'em are. Though, I don't really see the point in making them...they usually don't work. But hey, nobody's gonna be a Debbie Downer about it, the glass is half full!

I really really don't want to go to school tomorrow. I've been dreading it all day and it suuuuucccckkkkkks. This Christmas Break was splendid, really, and I don't want to go back at all. However, my birthday is exactly one week away which is pretty darn exciting! I love my birthday. Yes I do. It will be grand. I don't really have a whole lot to post right now, but i'll post more later on.

Gotta go watch the Ohio State game !

Christmas is over...

So sad. But December 27th also means that :

1. Maureenikins comes home today!

2. Only 13 days til my birthday! That's less than two weeks!

I am pretty darn excited about that. And my Surprise-Not-Surprise Birthday Party...but SHHHHHH, don't tell me about it, it's a surprise! Well, now that I have lessened my mourning over Christmas, I can tell about this year's Christmas's spectacularness. Well, 'Christmas Vacation' watching with the family and Kat was pretty awesome. Quite funny, indeed. Tascali's and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory/Kelly and Kat's Christmas with Ronnie, Kat, and Lige was so fun...oh yeah, and Lambchop was invited as well. "You make me laaaaugh. Heh Heh Heh Heh." Also, I must say that Christmas Eve was w o n d e r f u l ! I love my Ronnie- present!  Boy-Kitty now officially has a name...Stanley Cup. He smells like barf...but he's SO cute. Speaking of kitty, Ronnie I hope you enjoyed your picture. Then Christmas itself: Grand! Brother/Brotheren/Brohem and Rachel came, so did the rest of the family. Quite scrumpdidliumptious! Opened presents with them...quite pleased, quite pleased. Then YESTERDAY! Why, it was none other than Kelly and Kat's Day After Christmas Extravaganza 2005! We went to Pullman and after 3 trials, found our dinner-spot. Then we went to Starbucks and were sitting down, and outside our window we spotted a man in a big puffy coat just sitting all alone on one of the benches...right there outside our window. Well, next thing we know, a man (Now, mind you, this man is around 25, Mexican-ish, and soon did we find...a petafile.) comes up (kat recognized him as the same man...I did not.) asking us "Are either of you ladies seeing anybody?" After slowly rejecting him, he SHOOK OUR HANDS and introduced himself as Steven. Eww...it really creeped us (well...me) out. But after that little incident, we came home and talked to our favorite Bobby Mayo for some time. That kid is coooool.  Then Kat took a Tylenol PM and turned on the iPod...out like a light 'til 1:00 today.

I love Christmas break!

yeehaw...2 days!

Yay, a real post! Though I enjoy the lyrics very much, I suppose it is time for a real post. I am very proud of myself...I have slowly weened myself from xanga. Haha, it really hasn't been much of a weening process, because frankly, I just don't have time to blabber on and on and on about my day.

What the heck, why not. I'll give it a go..once again...my fingers must get back into the habit of typing in bulk.

Well, Christmas break is going quite splendidly. I could REALLY get used to this anti-FHS thing..Hmm, what have I been into? Lets see..... Spent the night at Kat's and ate an entire tupperware container full of puppy chow (the Chex kind, kids!) but heck, it's the holidays. You can eat a whole container of puppy chow, guilt free! That's whats great. But come January, no more puppy chow for me. No, sir. I am completely anti-sweets (...well, except for Tollhouse Cookie Swirl Icecream because that has become a way of life.) and anti-junk in general. Hold me to that.

Anyway...I've got mostly all of my shopping done, I just need to pick up a few more things. But today was pretty cool, I got to babysit! Now, you may be asking yourself what is so exciting about that? Well, it wasn't like I was watching some little snotty-nosed brat, I got to watch my brother's new kitten. You see, he's the newest edition to the Cup family (Reese Cup, Mallow Cup...now he needs a name). Baby-anythings are just cute to begin with, but even if you're not a cat person (which I am not really a big fan of 'em), you must admit that kittens are pretty darn cute.

I also joined in the Christmas festivities at my grandpa's house. Always a great thing, especially when it's been built up in the daily conversations with my grandpa (everyone in the family gets one on a daily basis) in which he tells you EVERYTHING that will be on the menu. And I quote, "we're having rolls, butter, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, iced tea, etc....." Well, we showed up late so everyone was already finished with dinner. It was only by 20 minutes, too! Gotta love my family's impatience...However, my wonderful Crockett's got me Clinique Happy Heart parfume. It smells utterly lovely! So I now smell utterly lovely AND have a happy heart...aren't you happy for me?!

Tomorrow's plans are quite exciting. I'll post later...

The cat is NOT cute. It's a nuisance. Ok...so I go to sleep around 2:30am...and the cursed thing starts meowing at 5:30!! As if that's not bad enough, it uses the litter box and the smell proceeds to spread throughout my room. THEN the thing finds its way into my bed and starts pouncing on my head. I am not a happy camper. I then kick it out and move it to the laundry room. I try to go back to sleep, and ALAS! I am already wide awake with 3 hours of sleep under my belt. So I go complaining to my mother who in turn employs me as her house-cleaning SLAVE! THIS IS NOT THE START OF A GOOD DAY!
